Anyone know of a good spot to shot your pellet rifle/pistol in suffolk.  I have a Beeman R9 which I've shot at Brookhaven ranges air rifle area.  Are there any other good areas to go.  Shooting in my backyard isn't the best idea because of the damn neighbors.

I also saw on their site that they also have some pretty nice "indoor traps" at good prices...if you have a spot in your basement or somewhere.

Most of the handgun ranges, indoor or out, will let you shoot your air rifle.

Yeah, I will call cobra.  I actually bought my Beeman rifle there and a walther bb pistol from them.  It's a great shop with a huge selection.  I just waned to see if anyone in Club LIF had a secret spot they would share.

Then it wouldn't be a secret

seriously the only place I had was my parents basement when I was a kid, I put up a heavy drop cloth back stop and had at it. No soda cans were safe back in the day.

The things that may or may not be true are the things a man needs to believe in the most. People are good; honor, courage, virtue mean everything; power and money mean nothing; good always triumphs over evil; true love never dies. A man should believe in those things, because worth they believing in.

Is it legal for Nassau County residents to shoot bb guns in their backyard? At targets of course with a backstop.

I asked this very question recently and "someone said" it is now a law, in Suffolk County anyway (according to this person), that the shooting of a BB air rifle or pistol in your own backyard is now illegal to do.
Does anyone have the real scoop on this for Nassau and Suffolk Counties?   Help?
